Our Story

Polished was founded in 1998 by Stacie Sheely in Lemoyne, PA. As a young woman she saw a need in the area for a better higher end nail salon. Over time, Stacie saw great opportunity to serve her community and has expanded service offerings to enhance the lives of those who live and travel to our community.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour cancellation for all appointments.  Failure to give us 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a late cancellation charge.  After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, we require you to pre-pay for any future services.  We will make exceptions for unavoidable emergencies.

Cancellation Policy for Groups

Any no-shows or service(s) not canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full-service price. The card used to hold appointments will be charged. This is due to the significant opportunities lost for others to enjoy a wonderful spa experience.

Medi Spa Service Cancellations

We require a 24-hour cancellation for all appointments. Failure to give us 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/ or a late cancellation charge. After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, we require you to pre-pay for any future services. Any pre-purchased packages with cancellations or no-shows will have a late cancellation fee deducted from the package for the value of the appointment. No cash or credit refunds for pre-purchased Medi Spa packages, in-store credit only. The doctor reserves the right to refuse service to repeat late cancellations.
