Salon and Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When you come to Polished for a package of services, you will need time to fill out paperwork and change into your robe. You will wait in our luxurious relaxation room you can enjoy a beverage or simply rest.
Be on time
If you are not on time for your service, we may not be able to provide you with a full treatment. Be considerate of other clients who have scheduled services after you.
Please turn off or silence your cell phone before entering the spa. Conversations should be kept quiet as well. Following these guidelines will ensure a quiet, serene environment for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
We remind you about your appointment by contacting you via a phone call, text or email. If you must cancel an appointment you must give us at least 24 hours notice. Parties or groups must give 72 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. We must be able to accommodate other clients.
A deposit is required for all large parties. We will deduct the deposit amount from your services upon checkout. If you do not show up, we will not refund the deposit. We will also provide you with a contract to sign before your visit.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment types: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, Checks, and Polished Gift Cards.
You can apply for a Care Credit Card with us for your qualified Medical Spa needs. Please contact us for more information.
